If that commitment isn't met, James Piatt, Manager, FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC can place the team for sale as an orphan team.

YEAR ONE DRAFT
- Online Live
- No trades
- Serpentine draft order
- Draft order determined randomly by computer when league is full (12 team owner's)
- Time limit to draft player in a live draft is 3.0 minutes
- Number of rounds: all leagues 20
- Corrected draft picks: If, during your live draft the computer awards you the wrong player you must notify the Commissioner right away (no later than 5 picks after your pick). He will change the pick and move the draft along. Do Not wait 1 or 2 rounds and expect the draft to be reverted. We will not revert the draft in that case.
YEAR TWO AND FOLLOWING DRAFTS
- Team owners may trade players and/or current draft picks (2011)
- Team owners can trade future draft picks (2012), if all teams involved in the trade have renewed for the season involved (2012)
- Draft Order (keeper leagues): determined by previous year (2010) finish, with the worst team drafting first and the league champ drafting last each round. Draft positions 1-6 (2011), are determined by the order of finish during regular season play in 2010. The worst team during regular season play (considering records and tie-breakers), will draft first in 2011. The next worst team will draft 2nd, and so on to the 6th worst team drafting 6th. Draft positions 7-12 (2011), are determined by the order of finish in the Fanatic Bowl Championship Playoff. The Fanatic Bowl Champion will draft last in 2011, the runner-up drafts 11th, and so on to the Fanatic Bowl sixth place team drafting 7th in the 2011 draft.
- Draft Order (redraft leagues): determined randomly by computer 30-45 minutes before the scheduled draft time
- Number of Draft Rounds (pre-season): total keeper leagues = 6 round e-mail drafts; May 13, 2011 2 rounds (time limit = 12 hours/pick max), Saturday June 25 2011 @ 11:00 AM ET, 1 round (time limit = 12 hours/pick max), Saturday July 23 2011 @ Noon ET, 1 round (time limit = 12 hours/pick max), Friday August 26 2011, 2 rounds (time limit = 12 hours/pick max)
- Number of Draft Rounds (pre-season): partial keeper leagues = 20 live rounds May 2011 (3.0 minutes per pick) after the NFL rookie draft; may keep 4 players max. from previous year 2010 roster.
- Draft date and time: Commissioner will notify all team owners
- Draft second and following years: when you trade for a draft pick, you inherit everything concerning that draft pick. That means, if there is only one hour left on the clock, you will inherit one hour to make the pick, not an additional 12 hours. If there is 10 minutes left on the clock, you inherit the final 10 minutes. If you don't make your pick within that window of time, you will be timed out and the draft will proceed to the next pick in order. You will then need to submit a replacement pick via e-mail to jim@ffftd.com or phone 702.382.3135. If your choice for the replacement is available, he will be placed on your roster. Time is of the essence.
- Missed Draft Pick: if you miss your draft pick you may send a e-mail to jim@ffftd.com, or call the commissioner with your pick, 702.382.3135. If the player has not been drafted by another team, you will be awarded the player at the end of the round the draft pick was missed. Time is of the essence.

- If an approved trade will create an illegal number of players on your roster, the commissioner will notify you of his intent to allow the trade. You will be required to correct your roster, (drop one or more players to accommodate the trade), before the trade is processed. You will not be able to submit a waiver request, propose or accept another trade, or submit your weekly lineup until the current trade process is completed. The commissioner accepts no responsibility other than serving notice to all league members. Be sure your trade partner knows when he/she will need to drop a player or players for the trade to process swiftly.
- Players traded, cannot be traded back to the team that traded them for a period of 5 weeks.
- Five weeks will be calculated from the time the trade proposal was accepted by accepting party.
- Off season trades, the time when your league playoff is complete (2010), until kickoff of the first NFL game of the new season (2011) do not fall under the 5 week rule.
- Year two and following years: Teams that are For Sale (Orphans) ARE permitted to be part of a trade
- The 5 week trade rule is implemented to help prevent collusion between team owners
- If a trade involves one or more future draft picks, then each party to the trade must renew their team for the future season involved (whether they are receiving future draft picks or not).

SKILLS DISPLAYED
- The ability to analyze professional athletes in such a way so as to be able to determine which group of players, when assembled on one team, will be capable of delivering the most competitive performance, week in and week out
- Ability to analyze the coaching philosophy of a NFL head coach and his staff to determine how they will play the players on their team. Is he a coach who loves to run the ball with his running backs? or is he a coach who wants to go all out in the passing game?
- Owners must be able to display a superior ability to manage their teams schedule. They must be prepared for weeks when their starting players are on a bye week, making it necessary to play bench players or waiver wire additions in the starting lineup
- Owners must be able to negotiate. Negotiation skills are best displayed during trade talks involving other team owners in the league. How do I identify a coach I can negotiate an equitable trade that's benificial for both teams?
- Is the team owner superior when dealing with adversity on his team? What does the owner do when his best player or players are hit with a season ending injury? or a career ending injury?
- Time management skills are also displayed. How well does the coach balance his time? Family, career, and fantasy teams are just a few things demanding a piece of his life. These are the same skills a NFL coach must display.
- Computer skills help players gather information from many resources. The more sources of information a coach uses, the better the decisions he is likely to make.
- Personal conduct is a skill our players must display at all times to be eligable to compete in our leagues. If a coach doesn't know how to conduct his behavior, he will soon find himself/herself shut out from other league members making it much more difficult to deal with those other members. Expulsion from the league could result from bad personal conduct.
- Our coaches leave nothing to chance. They combine all of the above mentioned skills to make informed decisions.
PERSONAL CONDUCT
- Our leagues are setup to allow team owners an opportunity to showcase their skills as a coach of a fantasy football team. They're the same skills used by NFL coaches and owners. That is the sole purpose of the web site. Use in any other way is strictly prohibited.
- FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC does not allow gambling on it's web site.
- If you want to show off your coaching skills you are welcome here.

- Respect all league rules.

- Rude, obscene, vulgar or any other offensive behavior directed toward other players, the commissioner, or employees of FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC will not be tolerated.
- Collusion will not be tolerated.
- Intentionally losing games will not be tolerated.
- Inactivity for a period of 3 weeks without good reason is reason enough for the commissioner of FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC to take over your team, to maintain fair play within the league.
- If an owner returns with a good reason for inactivity he/she may resume play with their team, as is.
- If a team owner gets disqualified from his/her league and/or playoff competition, he/she forfeits any award(s) and the award(s) will be donated to St Jude's Children's Hospital or another worthy charity.
- No refunds will be given if a team owner(s) abandon their team(s) or get disqualified from their league(s).

- Emergency rules would be implemented immediately.
- We reserve the right to tweak our rules during the NFL Spring and Summer training camps. We will notify everyone of any changes.
- Rules concerning scoring, trades, lineups, schedule, waiver/free-agent processing, injured reserve, and playoffs will be locked in for the season at kickoff of the first NFL regular season game on the current NFL schedule (2011).
- After kickoff of the current season there will be no changing of rules, except when emergency rules are needed due to some conduct issue.
- Thank you for helping to make your league a success for all team owners.
