  • 2011 Fantasy Football

Our fantasy sports business is seasonal, therefore our refund policy varies depending on the time of year. We want to be fair with all of our team owners and our prospective team owners. I'm sure you'll find our refund policy is reasonable and fair to all parties.

  • If you make a team(s) purchase between January 1st and April 1st you will be entitled to a full refund if:
  • You cancel your order within 90 days of the purchase date and
    you have not participated in any part of a league draft, trade, dropped player(s), or any other league function.
  • If you purchase a team(s) between April 2nd and June 30th  you will be entitled to a full refund if:
  • You cancel your order within 60 days of the purchase date and
    you have not participated in any part of a league draft, trade, dropped player(s), or any other league function.
  • If you purchase a team(s) between  July 1st and September 1st you will be entitled to a full refund if:
  • You cancel within 30 days of your purchase date and
    you have not participated in any part of a league draft, trade, dropped player(s), or any other league function.
  • In any of the above scenarios, you may find another owner to purchase your team(s). (This option DOES NOT apply to owners who have been disqualified from, banned from, or removed temporarily or permanently from, his/her league(s)). You will need to get your money from him/her. He/She must be approved by all league members and the league commissioner to complete the change of ownership.
  • The suggested new owner cannot already have a team in the league you wish to leave. The suggested new owner cannot have been disqualified from, banned from, or removed temporarily or permanently from the league you wish to leave or any other league owned and/or operated by FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC.
  • Because the action of leaving a league could cause damage to FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC and/or the league members, the commissioner and league members will vote to either approve or disapprove the suggested new team owner replacement.
  • One reject or no vote will disqualify a suggested replacement owner. That suggested replacement owner will not be given access to the league or the team. You will need to find another possible replacement.
  • The option to find a replacement owner does not apply to owners who have been disqualified from, banned from, or removed temporarily or permanently from his/her league(s).
  • If in the first year we fail to fill your league, you will be given 3 choices:
  • Receive a FULL refund
  • Move to another league of equal or greater value for the year affected (2011).
  • If 8 or more players are signed up for the league you may vote to play with the current number of members. Awards would be adjusted accordingly. The league commissioner will notify team owners, letting them know what the Fanatic Bowl awards will be if they decide to play with the current number of owners.
  • In all the above, (you) means the person who actually purchased the team(s) and any partners to team ownership and/or operation of the team(s).
