Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the time of year. We want to be fair with all of our franchise owners. I'm sure you'll find our policy is reasonable and fair to all parties.

  1. If you make a franchise / team purchase between January 1st and April 1st you will be entitled to a full refund if:
  2. You cancel your order within 90 days of the purchase date and
  3. You have not participated in any part of a league draft, trade, or any other league function
  1. If you purchase a franchise / team between April 2nd and June 30th  you will be entitled to a full refund if:
  2. You cancel your order within 45 days of the purchase date and
  3. You have not participated in any part of a league draft, trade, or any other league function
  1. If you purchase a franchise / team between  July 1st and August 1st you will be entitled to a full refund if:
  2. You cancel within 30 days of your purchase date and
  3. You have not participated in any part of a league draft, trade, or any other league function
  1. If you purchase your franchise / team August 2nd or later no refunds will be given if we fill your league.
  1. In any of the above scenarios you may find another owner to purchase your franchise and you will need to get your money from him/her and he/she must be approved by league members and the league commissioner.
  2. The new owner cannot already have a franchise in the league you wish to leave.
  3. Because the action of leaving a league could cause damage to the franchise owners and/or FanaticFantasyFootball.com LLC, the franchise owners and commissioner will vote to either approve or disapprove the franchise replacement.
  4. A majority vote will rule.
  1. In any of the above, if we fail to fill your league you will be given 3 choices:
    1. Receive a FULL refund
    2. Move to another league of equal value
    3. If 8 or more players are signed up for the league you may vote to play with the current members and adjust the awards accordingly. Award adjustment example: 8 players decide to play equaling 66% of the 12 usual players. If the award was suppose to be $1,000 total we'll award 66% of the $1,000 = $660.
  2. In all the above, (you) means the person who actually purchased the franchise / team or anyone you designate as having the authority to act on your behalf.
