I believe the most overlooked or undervalued strategy for building a keeper league winner is the need to have a good strategy. Many of todays fantasy sports players are more informed than ever before. Have you ever participated in a league where it seems a handful of guys are always near the top of the league year after year? Chances are pretty good they have a strategy and they work it. Today you have many fantasy sports information sites willing to provide you with up to date information on all professional players in all professional sports. You don't have a reason not to do your homework. In most cases you only need to read because the work has been done for you. Sites like the ones assembled to do this round table each week exist to help you win your fantasy league championship. You can find excellent information from experts who have made the fantasy sports world their kingdom. Many sites offer free information, while others charge a small subscription fee. Personally I've used both and found it worth my time to be open minded while investigating other strategies for playing fantasy games. After you develop your strategy, don't stop working it. Allow yourself to make changes down the road if needed. Remember, the other team owners in your league are trying to break your strategy.
